Welcome to OLG Casino. These terms and conditions govern your use of our online gaming services at olg.ca, including our casino games, lottery products, PROLINE+ sports betting, POOLS, and online horse racing wagering. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We encourage you to read this document carefully before you register or place any wager with us.

Who We Are

We are the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, a Crown agency of the Province of Ontario. We have operated gaming services since 1975, and our online gaming platform, OLG.ca, has been active since 2015. Our online casino operations are conducted and managed by us and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), located at 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario M2N 0A4, under the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. Our online horse racing wagering products are supplied by Woodbine Entertainment Group and regulated separately by the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency. We proudly return 100% of our profits to the Province of Ontario to support communities across the region.

Eligibility to Play

To use our services, you must reside in Ontario and be physically located within the Province of Ontario every time you play. Our lottery products require players to be at least 18 years old, while our online casino and sports betting products require players to be at least 19 years old. We do not permit individuals on the AGCO exclusion list, those registered for My PlayBreak, or self-excluded players to access our services. We reserve the right to verify your identity and location at any time to ensure ongoing compliance with these requirements.

Account Registration

When you complete OLG register procedures, we require accurate personal information, including your name, address, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OLG login credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false or misleading information during registration.

Deposits and Payment Methods

We accept deposits through Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, INTERAC e-Transfer, and Apple Pay. All cards must be issued in Canada by a Canadian bank or financial institution; we do not accept certain US-backed cards or retail store-branded cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed in-store and cannot be used for OLG deposit transactions online. Please note that INTERAC e-Transfer cannot be used for Direct Pay lottery purchases.

• Minimum single deposit: 15 CAD; maximum single deposit: 999,999 CAD
• Up to ten successful deposits permitted per day between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM
• A maximum of three cards can be saved per account, and a card already linked to another account cannot be added to yours
• Deposit methods can be switched only once per day, and only when your account balance is below 1,000 CAD
• A card cannot be removed within 24 hours of use or while your cash balance is 1,000 CAD or more

We do not charge deposit fees; however, your card issuer may treat credit card deposits as cash advances. Deposits of 3,000 CAD or more will trigger a FINTRAC electronic identity check, and we will block further deposits until your identity has been verified. If you wish to adjust your deposit limits, an increase takes seven days to take effect, while a decrease applies immediately.

Withdrawals

Our withdrawal process is straightforward. The minimum OLG withdrawal amount is 2 CAD, and there is no maximum limit on a single withdrawal request. If you need to request a smaller amount, please contact our Player Support team. We process withdrawals exclusively via electronic funds transfer in Canadian dollars, paid directly into a verified bank account registered in your name. No other payout method or currency is currently available.

• No withdrawal fees charged by us
• Funds must be paid into a bank account held personally by you
• Withdrawal verification requests not completed within 72 hours close automatically and must be restarted

Bank account verification typically takes under five business days. We also verify your identity to meet FINTRAC regulations, and we offer an Express Verification option using a government ID photo along with a selfie. Once approved, we process withdrawals within one to three business days, with funds typically reaching your bank account within one to five additional business days, subject to your bank's own processing times.
